Visioning is a process where we discuss your history, strengths and goals to help us start building a plan.
We will touch on what motivates you, what your challenges are, and what resources you have.
If you are not ready to make immediate goals and would just like to talk or brainstorm that is completely fine!
Your plan will include three to six month behavioral goals and more specific, actionable one to two week goals to achieve your long term vision (typically 1-2 years).
Your plan will be 100% customized to YOUR lifestyle. It will take into account your personal schedule, routines, values, strengths, resources, environment and challenges.
Most clients agree to work together for at least 3 months which is long enough to make meaningful progress, establish some new habits, and experience the benefits, while short enough to stimulate a sense of urgency.
Various techniques to empower and facilitate behavior change are used such as motivational interviewing, action planning, and education on healthy habits.
We may also explore resources such as meal plans, nutritional information, or stress management techniques, to assist in implementing sustainable changes.
One of the key aspects of having a coach is the ongoing support and accountability. I would help you monitor your progress, address challenges, and provide encouragement and together we would develop strategies for long-term success and celebrate your achievements along the way.

In these 1:1 sessions we will work together to discuss what is working for you, how to overcome challenges, explore new opportunities and/or options and how to stay motivated and inspired. We will track your progress, overcome setbacks, make adjustments as needed and celebrate wins
Best option for consistent coaching with the convenience of autopay. Skip the step of reaching for your credit card each time you book a session and sign up for a coaching subscription. Receive two 50-minute sessions per month for $85, billed monthly on autopay.
This package is intended for people who want to meet weekly or at least 3x/month. It’s also a great option to start your coaching journey off strong. With this purchase, you will receive six 50-minute coaching sessions for $41.67/session.
