I am passionate about coaching and find it very fulfilling! I love to work with people and help them achieve what they’ve wanted to for a long time but have struggled to do it on their own.
Nutrition has always been a passion of mine. While wanting to learn more about nutrition I found out about the Adapt health coaching program in 2021. I completed this rigorous program, centered on functional medicine and ancestral health, and became certified in 2023.
I believe the collaborative approach to health and healing is best and have heard so many success stories behind this. I feel I am learning as much from my clients as I am helping them!
When I am not coaching I am enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Utah - hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking. I also enjoy traveling, listening to live music trying new recipes and spending time with my family and friends.
